why your sponsorship matters
For regenerative agriculture to be adopted at a scale that brings meaningful impacts, it must gain significant ground where the industrial agricultural system is most dominant – the heartland. ReGenerate Illinois is taking a multi-faceted, systems approach to developing a healthier, sustainable, local food system. Overcoming complex challenges in rural communities and changing dysfunctional food systems that are locked into economies, culture, and policies requires complex strategies and partnerships. ReGenerate Illinois partners work at multiple levels, from farmer organizing through the Idea Farm Network and on-the-ground activities focused in the Middle Mackinaw Valley watershed to connecting and developing new markets for diverse farm products.
ReGenerate Illinois hosts a recurring Summit series that brings key voices and actors in the farming and food system into the regenerative agriculture conversation. You can become a Summit Series Sponsor. Your sponsorship supports the acceleration of regenerative agriculture in Illinois that profitably diversifies farms and stimulates the growth of local food economies while meeting the growing demand for local, organic and regeneratively raised foods.
If you are able to join us at the ReGenerate Illinois Summit: Small Grains + Agroforestry + Markets” on Thursday, March 14, from 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. at the Epiphany Farms Restaurant in Bloomington, Illinois, you will have the opportunity to hear first hand about the diverse efforts to advance regenerative agriculture in Illinois and across the Midwest. We hope you will join us in sponsoring this fun and important event.
